FRANGIPANI. pt2


Bread and butter!!!
Amuse Bouche
First course
Soft potato blinis with sour cream, moluga caviar and cauliflower black truffle foam
Second course
Third course
warm tea smoked salmon
Granite of the day

Main course
Duck prosciutto wrapped tenderloin topped with foie gras and truffle glaze
But i cannot eat beef so i take Pan roasted duck confit with mustard cream.
Dessert, chocolate ganache with creme chantilly, hazelnuts, toasted almonds and french meringue.

    I would like to ask if the food at Frangipani good? How about the blinis with moluga caviar? Is it really nice? Cuz I'd like to go there this week. Oh ya, may I know where is it situated. Behind Jalan Alor? Any landmark that I can use as a guide? Thank you :)
